| 摘 要： | 企业家的战略领导能力对企业的发展具有关键作用。尤其是在当今企业内外环境瞬息万变的时代,企业家是否具有战略领导能力更成为企业能否获得长久发展的决定性因素。企业家的战略领导能力中,战略规划能力能够使企业抓住稍纵即逝的机会,始终走在正确的道路上;战略创新能力能够使企业充满活力,克服各种路径依赖,获得可持续发展。基于光友集团和宝山集团两个农业龙头企业的创业与发展历程,本文对企业家战略领导能力在企业发展中的作用做了初步验证。
