| 摘 要： | 当前由各级政府推动的高速城市化，已经造成土地和住房等城市要素价格的过快增长，而农民工工资增长缓慢，因此：（1）农村劳动力城市化的边际成本，已经高于城市化的边际收益；（2）农村劳动力转移与城市化在空间上的不匹配，很大程度上是因为农村劳动力就业过多集中于劳动密集型行业。而劳动密集型行业普遍缺乏创新能力，这会造成农村劳动力转移的边际收益小于城市化成本的趋势，使得刘易斯推-拉模型在中国失灵。

| Abstract: | At present the rapid urbanization promoted by the governments has caused prices of land and housing to grow rapidly in urban,but peasant workers' wages grow slowly.So their costs in urban are much higher than their income.Some of peasant workers can't migrate from rural areas to urban because too many workers are engaged in labor-intensive industries.The labor-intensive industries generally lack innovation and advanced technology,which will cause their wages to be too low to live in urban.This makes Lewis' ... |
