| 摘 要： | 在现有资本结构理论的基础上，结合财务相关理论，基于对我国民营上市公司股权再融资前后情况的考察，通过实证分析方法对2007年进行股权再融资的民营上市公司的基本财务数据进行定性与定量分析，揭示了民营上市公司股权再融资资本结构与经营绩效之间的关系。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the current theories of capital structure.It takes private listed companies' capital structure and operating performance after re-financing as a breakthrough point.This paper analyses and discloses the relationship between the private listed companies' re-financing capital structure and it's operation performance.It takes an empirical analysis on the data of private equity refinancing listed companies in 2007. |
