| 摘 要： | 重点分析了1990年以来中国煤炭消费和生产的现实，特别是新近发生的变化。对中国煤炭消费和生产的绝对量、相对量进行了纵向比较和国际横向比较，进行了具体的描述统计分析。目前，中国能源消费处于快速增长阶段，经济增长对煤炭具有较高的依赖性。但是，中国煤炭消费和生产面临环境承载力、资源承载力和全球煤炭市场均衡等方面的挑战。因此，大力发展低碳经济，实现新能源技术的根本性突破，具有极强的紧迫性。
