浅析信用建设对民营企业的重要性

民营企业目前面临着二次创业的危机，其中信用引起的融资难是一个很重要的原因。本文着重分析了民营企业信用缺失的状况及原因，以及信用机制的建立对民营企业发展有着至关重要的影响。指出由于我国金融制度安捧的不合理、资本市场上信息不对称、民营企业自身规模的限制，导致的信用一融资传导机制的不畅通。并针对性的提出了一系列配套建议。

Therefore, this paper will emphasize in analyzing the situation and causes of private enterprises' current credit status as well as the importance of establishing a credit system for private enterprises. Furthermore, the paper will present the defects of Chinese financial arrangements, the information asymmetry in capital market and the bottleneck of private enterprises' size, which block the transmission of credit and financing. In the end, the paper will recommend some feasible solutions to above problems.
