李富春的“彼此学习”、“不断学习”和“学用一致”思想对创建学习型党组织的启示

李富春同志是杰出的马克思主义者和领导新中国经济建设的实干家，他一生非常关注党员干部的培养和党组织的建设，其新老干部要“彼此学习，互相推动”；所有同志都要“不断学习，不断提高”；党员“学习要有的放矢，学用一致”等思想对我们深入贯彻落实党的十七届四中、五中全会精神，创建学习型党组织具有重要的启发和指导意义。

Comrade LI Fuchun was an outstanding Marxist as well as a doer who led the economic construction of the People＇ s Republic of China. He had been showing great concern for the cultivation of the Party cadres as well as the construction of the Party organization. His thought that the new together with the old cadres should ＂learn from each other and drive mutually＂, that all of the comrades would ＂study consistently, gain improvement continuously＂, and that the Party members should learn with a well - defined objective in mind and keep the learning on the track of practice is of great significance for us to implement in depth the guiding principles of the 4th and 5th Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee, to build a learning - style Party organization.
