| 摘 要： | 诉讼效率历来是我国法治建设中的一个重要问题。在当前犯罪率加速上升、司法资源缺乏的情况下,提高诉讼效率已经成为一个急需解决的问题。为了提高诉讼效率,诸多学者纷纷前往遥远的西方寻找出路,对于我们脚下的＂本土资源＂反而视而不见。从打造具有中国气派的刑事诉讼制度谈起,深度剖析我国土生土长的坦白从宽政策。在吸取坦白从宽政策的合理因素的同时借鉴西方成功的法治经验,最终构建具有中国特色的＂新式坦白从宽＂制度。
