| 摘 要： | 关于微商崛起原因的研究,是历史问题,也是经济问题,更是财务问题,本文从财务视角出发,试图在分析影响微商崛起财务因素的基础上,探讨文化、资本、制度之间的互动机理,以及这种互动机理对于徽商崛起的重大贡献,从而得出基于财务视角分析的徽商崛起的本质原因,即徽商文化、人力资本、控制制度是徽商崛起的重要条件,而且他们之间的互动机理则是徽商崛起的决定性因素.
