摘    要:高新技术企业的本质特征是高科技含量,其知识员工所包含的智力资本是高新技术企业成败的关键,也是推动知识经济发展的重要动力,如何激活知识员工的生产力是当前高新技术企业管理者的重大课题。在分析高新技术企业知识员工特点的基础上,运用相应的激励理论,实施对高新技术企业知识员工有效的激励措施。

Abstract:The essential characteristic of new high-tech enterprise is the high-tech content.As the key to success,the intellectual capital of its knowledge-driven staff is the important driving force for the development of knowledge-based economy.How to activate the productivity of such staff is currently a great subject to managers of high-tech enterprises.By analyzing knowledge-driven staff's characteristics,based on the corresponding motivational theory,the paper presents some measures to motivate these staff in high-tech enterprises.
