生态生产力解析

在总结前人对生态生产力理解的基础上,解析出生态生产力是对传统生产力的发展,是自然资源环境为人类提供物质原材料、良好生活环境、废气物回收的综合能力。经过进一步分析还发现,生态生产力具有自然性、地域性、不均衡性、有限性和可开发性等特征,是社会生产力的基础并受到社会生产力的反作用。因此,对处于灰箱状态的生态生产力,应从社会生产力的角度,通过政府、企业、社会公众等成员的作用来加以认识与利用。

Base on the study some people have done on ecologic productivity,ecologic productivity is refer to synthetic capacity,which can provide natural raw material,supply all right environment,recycle discarded goods.Under further analyzing,it can be found that ecologic productivity has some characters including naturalic,districtic,no balanced,limited and potential.Ecologic productivity isn't isolated because it is the basic of social productivity,which inversely works on it.So it is necessary to recognize and take advantage of ecologic productivity through the social system,which is made up of government,enterprises and public.
