| 摘 要： | 最近几年来，西方企业实施以流程为中心的管理成为组织改革的重点，其中杰克韦尔奇领导下的通用电器公司的流程改革历程就是成功的代表。流程管理相关理论和实践大都是一些基于产品生产的管理模式，与其相比，运输企业有其独特的行业特点。本文就运输企业设计和实施流程管理方面进行尝试性的探讨。
