当前新疆就业形势分析及今后对策建议

当前新疆已初步形成以市场为导向的就业机制,但由于产业结构不合理,拉动就业有限,新疆少数民族大学毕业生就业率呈下降趋势,就业的结构性失衡问题日渐突出,致使就业形势依然严峻。本文对当前新疆的就业情况进行了分析预测,并提出了一些对策建议。

Analysis and Forecast on Current Employment Situation in Xinjiang

At present,Xinjiang has preliminarily formed a market-oriented employment mechanism.However,the employment situation remains serious.The irrational industrial structure limits the promotion of employment.And minority employment rate of university graduates shows a downward trend. As a result,the employment structural imbalance becomes increasingly prominent.The paper analyzes and forecasts the current employment situation in Xinjiang, and proposes a number of countermeasures.
