我国中小企业融资的问题分析和对策探讨

针对我国中小企业融资难的问题 ,本文从政府扶持、间接融资、直接融资和海外融资等多个视角展开分析 ,并借鉴国际经验 ,认为中小企业融资问题的解决需要多方面的共同努力 ,并尝试从政府、商业银行和中小企业三个层面提出对策建议。

Analysis on the Financing Problems of China's SME

This paper makes an analysis of the financial problems faced by SMEs in China from various perspectives, namely, government support ,indirect finance, direct finance and overseas finance. On the basis of such analysis and successful experiences of the international community, this paper argues that joint efforts should be made to solve these problems and tries to propose multi-level suggestions for the government, commercial banks and SMEs in China.
