| 摘 要： | 目前,有关知识管理的研究大多侧重于知识管理的定义、内容以及相关应用方面,对于知识管理的效果评价还是一个较新的课题。本文简要介绍了知识管理效果评价的传统方法,以及标杆管理法、质量屋法和平衡记分卡法,在知识管理效果评价中的应用,希望有助于企业对其知识管理的实施效果做出有效的评价。

| Abstract: | At the present time, the correlative research on knowledge management mostly emphasizes on it`s concept?content and application, the performance evaluation for knowledge management is still a comparative new field. This paper first analyzes the traditional evaluation methods for knowledge management, then discusses the application of benchmarking?house of quality and balanced scorecard methods in the performance evaluation of knowledge management, expecting to help enterprise evaluation the performance of their knowledge management appropriately. |
