具有高职特色校园文化建设的实践与思考

健康的校园文化，可以陶冶学生的情操、启迪学生心智，促进学生的全面发展。校园文化对于提高师生员工的凝聚力，培养良好的校风具有重要的意义。高等职业教育的培养目标决定了高职院校校园文化的特征应该具有行业性、职业性、就业性，应该和专业知识、职业技能、职业道德、从业素质相联系，应该与相关行业和企业文化相融通。

Practice & Thoughts on Constructing Campus Culture with Vocational Characteristics

A health campus culture can cultivate sentiments of students, enlighten students mind and promote comprehensive developments of students. Campus culture is very important in improving the cohesion of teachers and students and developing good school ethos. The training objectives of higher vocational college determine that the characteristics of the campus culture should be of industry, occupation, employment, it should be linked to professional knowledge, skills, ethics, quality practice, and it should be relevant with the related industry culture and enterprise culture. Our college has implemented a plan of ＂12345 Project＂ which has made certain achievements in the construction of campus culture and therefore campus culture formed a powerful intangible assets for the teaching quality and the education level at our college. We still need to make more efforts in it.
