| Abstract: | This paper makes an in-depth analysis on energy consevation and pollution reduction in colleges and universities with the empircal result of UIBE.It discusses the great significance and possiablities of energy-saving,then tables the proposals respectively in water supply,heating system and solar energy system.It also proposes new methods to improve the efficiency based on the performance analysis of the energy conservation and pollution reduction practice. |
