| 摘 要： | 绿色包装是绿色壁垒的重要方面。环境保护的客观要求和中国加入世贸组织后的现实需要,决定了实行绿色包装是我们的必由之路。分别从绿色包装的经济特征和法律特征分析、法律调控的作用以及借鉴国外成功经验等四个方面,论证实现绿色包装的关键是加强法律调控。

Strengthening Law Regulation to Realize Green Package |

| Abstract: | Green package is an important factor in green barrier. With the realistic needs of environmental protection and China's entrance into the WTO, it is necessary to carry out green package in China. The article demonstrates th'at the key of realizing green package is to strengthen law regulation, in terms of the economic and law features of green package, law regulation, and foreign successful experience. |
