黄河下游凌汛期河道水流演进计算分析

摘    要:对黄河下游凌汛期河道水流演进计算方法进行了论述分析,并对不同典型年在不同条件下的出流过程进行了演算。演算结果表明,黄河下游凌汛期下断面的出流过程与上断面的入流过程有密切的关系。所以,充分利用上游水库工程的防凌功能,根据下游气温变化,合理控制凌汛期水库下泄水量,是缓解下游凌情,减轻凌汛威胁的有效手段。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the river water flow evolution method in ice flood season in the downstream of Yellow River,also calculated the flowing procedure under the different typical years and different conditions.The calcutated results have shown the flowing procedure in downstream of the Yellow River have a close relationship with the input flow process of the upstream.There fore,we should fully apply the function of rediucing the menace of ice run of the upstream reservoir project,according to the temperature change in the downstream temperature change,reasonably controlling the release water volume in the ice flood season was a effective measures to mitigate the menace of ice run in the downstream.
