| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来，城乡居民的收入得到了进一步提高，但城乡居民收入的差距却持续拉大，究其原因有历史、政策、市场等因素。调节城乡居民收入差距应采取增加对农村的投入力度、对促进农村经济行为给予税收优惠和加强财政转移支付力度等财政措施。

| Abstract: | From 21st century, the citizens＇ income has been viaalirbzn, but the income gap between the urban and the rural has been continued widen. We can find the reasons from history, policy, market and so on. How to narrow the urban -rural income gap？ There＇ re some financial measures, such as increase the investment in rural areas, give some tax preferential benefits to which promote the rural areas＇ economic, and transfer the payments in rural areas, etc. |
