联合产权制度与民营企业和谐劳动关系

摘    要:产权关系决定着劳动关系的性质和特点,单一的资本产权及由此所形成的生产关系是民营企业劳动关系不和谐的根本原因.调整民营企业劳动关系的关键在于突破原有单一的资本产权制度,建立和完善全体生产要素所有者联合体与劳动者集体联合体有机结合的联合产权制度,形成以知识劳动者为代表的全体劳动者共享民营企业经济发展成果的机制.
