| 摘 要： | 航空货运要融入现代物流产业，抢占物流市场，首先就要树立客户服务观念，打破传统的货运模式，充分发挥航空货运安全，快捷，方便的优势，同时在适应现代物流供应链服务要求的过程中，通过标准化，物流设施，信息网络和价格体系的建设，提供基本物流服务和个性化物流服务，尽量体现民航物流服务的特色。
