Improvement on the Optimized Frequency of Placing-in and Taking-out of Wagons

Reasonable determination on the operation frequency of the wagon's placing-in and taking-out is propitious to reduce the detention time of freight cars at the station and relative operation expenses.Through analyzing the operation procedure of wagon's placing-in and taking-out and the detention time of freight car at station,as well as the reasonable adjustment of freight loading/unloading time,the determination of optimized frequency of placing-in and taking-out of wagons with 24 hours is improved,thereby,on the basis of original research,the formula of optimized placing-in and taking-out frequency is made corresponding modification.The paper illuminates with example that the improved frequency could be more suitable for actual status.
