| Abstract: | This article takes all service invention patents which proposed in our country from the year 1985 to the year 2003 as the research object.On the basis of patent data analysis,we focus on different country's technical advantage and disadvantage.At last we Provide the advice for the national policy making,and for our domestic enterprise use those conclusions to carry out innovation activities in the correlation areaes. |
