复杂系统理论在大型企业物流改革中的应用

大型企业的物流系统是一个复杂系统,但现在大型企业物流管理都是由该企业承担,已不适应日益开放与复杂的市场环境,必须进行改革。文章指出改革的出路是引入第三方物流,并采用复杂系统理论,阐述了必须渐进改革过程与竞争合作、达到多赢对策,及不断学习提高竞争力的策略。

Application of the complicated systematic theory used in the logistics reforming of large-scale enterprises

The logistics system of large-scale enterprises is a complicated system, but at present the management of the logistics is entirely burdened by the enterprise itself. Anyway this pattern is no longer adapt with the increasingly opening market environment any more, so reforming measures must been carried out. The author points out that the way to improvement is to induct the third party logistics, and to adopt the complicated systematic theory, and expatiates that the process of innovation must be associated with competition and collaboration, thus achieving countermeasure of multi-win, also competitiveness being strengthened by ceaseless study.
