Abstract: | The human fights liabilities of the multinational corporation are gradually accepted by both domestic and abroad, but they face many problems when harmonizing this value with traditional legal framework, and effective remedy is especially rarely discussed in domestic works. This paper from a systematic way, analysis the specialty of the multinational corporation human rights liabilities,and their requirements, ways of bearing habilities. Furthermore, from the perspective of labor protection, after analyzing the leading cases, it try to interpret that the human fights liabilities are one dimension of corporate social responsibilities and so can be sued within the framework of company law. It also talks about the ATCA remedy and other muti-level remedies. |
