| 摘 要： | Problems existed in the stock control have been always a development obstacle to Chinese petrochemical enterprises. Aiming at above problems, this paper expounds the advantage of the centralized VMI mode first, then analyses the important function that the materials company could play in implementing the centralized VMI mode, and presents the implement steps and the problems which should be paid attention to in the implement course.
