| 摘 要： | 在阐述建立湿地生态补偿制度必要性和紧迫性的基础上,初步探讨了建立我国湿地生态补偿制度的内涵及理论依据,提出了湿地生态补偿原则、补偿范围、补偿对象、补偿标准和补偿资金来源等建议。

| Abstract: | The paper first indicates the necessity and urgency to establish ecological compensation system for wet-land,then initially explore the connotation and theoretical basis of establishment of China’s wetland ecological compensation system,propose a wetland ecological compensation principle,the compensation range,the object of compensation,compensation standard,and compensation funding sources. |
