绿色贸易壁垒对浙江农产品出口的影响及对策浅析

随着乌拉圭协议的实施,传统的贸易保护进一步受到有效的限制,而“绿色”贸易保护论迅速流行,使中国农业承受着前所未有的考验。在近年来出口增幅持续飚升的浙江省,传统的主打项目农产品出口却举步维艰。该文通过对浙江农产品出口遭遇绿色贸易壁垒原因的分析,提出了规避绿色贸易壁垒,扩大浙江农产品出口的对策。

A Probe into the Influence of Green Trade Barrier on Zhejiang Agricultural Products' Export and Relevant Countermeasures

With the implementation of Uruguay Round Outcomes,the traditional trade protection has been further restricted,whereas the "green" trade protection has quickly sprung up and the Chinese agriculture is now facing unprecedented challenge.Recently,in Zhejiang Province the export has been flourishing, with the export of the traditional agricultural products as an exception.This paper,through an analysis of the green trade barrier in Zhejiang agricultural products exporting,puts forward the countermeasures of avoiding green trade barrier and enlarging the exporting.
