二胺型苯并噁嗪预聚物/双嗯唑啉共混物的固化反应及动力学研究

摘    要:采用FTIR(傅立叶红外光谱)和DSC(差示扫描量热)方法研究了二胺型苯并嗯嗪预聚物/双嗯唑啉共混物的固化反应及动力学,并确定了其固化工艺。研究结果表明,二胺型苯并嗯嗪预聚物/双嗯唑啉共混物的固化平均反应活化能为90.36kJ/mol,反应级数为0.93;固化工艺为:170℃/2h,190℃/2h,200℃/2h;后处理230℃/2h。

Abstract:The curing reaction and kinetics of diaamine - benzoxazine precusors/bisoxazoline blends were investigated by FTIR and DSC methods. The curing process was also determined. Results showed that the average active energy of diaamine - benzoxazine precusors/bisoxazoline blends was 90.36 kJ/mol and the grade of reaction was 0. 93. The curing process was 170 ℃/2h, 190℃/2h,200℃/2h;later treating process was 230 ℃/2h.
