| 摘 要： | 水资源问题已成为经济可持续发展中的焦点问题；通过对昌乐县水资源在数量方面的承载力的综合分析，预测了2010年全县水资源严峻的事实；根据当地实际，提出了提高当地水资源承载力的对策。
