| 摘 要： | 产业集群作为一种世界性的经济现象,为各国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。国内外的经验表明,产业集群大多是自发形成的,但政府在产业集群的形成和发展中依然发挥着不可或缺的作用。本文以山东梁山专用车产业集群为例,探讨政府在产业集群发展中应该发挥的作用。 |

| Abstract: | As a global economic phenomenon, industrial cluster has made tremendous contributions for national economic. Domestic and international experience has shown that the formation of industrial clusters is mostly spontaneous, but the Government in the formation and development of industrial clusters continues to play an indispensable role. With a ease study on Liangshan special purpose vehicle industry cluster, this paper explores the role of the government in the development of industrial clusters. |
