转型期的农民工问题研究

随着我国改革的深入和市场经济的发展,农村剩余劳动力大量涌向城市,形成庞大的农民工队伍。但目前农民工在就业劳动权、劳动环境和居住条件、工资问题及继续教育权等方面仍存在诸多问题,对社会的稳定发展产生一定的影响,因此,各级政府应采取切实措施,加快建立社会安全网,以维护社会持续快速发展。

With the deepening of reform and the development of the market economy,the great deals of surplus labor in countryside swarm into the city and come into being the enormous farmer-worker group.However,at present,they face many problems on the aspects of labor right,labor environment,residence,salary,continual education right and so on,brings some obstacles for the stable development of society.Thereby,all levels governments should take practical measures,quicken the building of society security net,so as to keep the sustaining,fast development of society.
