| Abstract: | The basic farmland transformation project is not difficult in construction and can not reach the technical standards as a whole. However,supervision and control is rather difficult due to its complexity,particularity and universality. The objectives of supervision and control can be effectively achieved by analyzing the project characteristics in detail and fully mastering the key and difficulties in supervision and control. |
