| 摘 要： | 中国共产党在召开了十一届三中全会以后,开启了我国对外开放的历史新时期.我们没有现成的经验和模式可以套用,我们完全要在实践中探索和创新.对外开放三十年来,取得的重大成就证明,我们的对外开放政策是有意义的,对社会主义现代化建设是具有推动作用的.
