| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国城市化得到了迅速的发展,但是还存在一系列问题.要解决这些日益凸现的矛盾,必须加快中小城市建设.大批建设中小城市我国已经具备了可能性,应该在城市规划、提升中小城市功能、统筹兼顾城乡关系方面发挥政府职能,加快我国城市化进程.
