| 摘 要： | 随着我国旅游业的发展和房地产市场的不断升温,旅游房地产被许多企业和地区所关注,使旅游房地产业的发展得到了不断的丰富和创新.并已经成为国内旅游学界较热的话题.本文通过分析旅游房地产的概念与特征,针对当前的发展现状与发展策略进行探讨,以期通过本文的阐述对我国旅游房地产业的规划与发展提供参考.
