| 摘 要： | 通过试验,确认所采用方法适用于诺氟沙星胶囊微生物限度检查.方法:按品种项下微生物限度检查规定对每一试验菌逐一进行验证.结果:诺氟沙星胶囊的微生物限度检查过程需要消除其抑菌性.结论:采用低速离心和薄膜过滤(加入硫酸锰溶液中和)的方法用于诺氟沙星胶囊的微生物限度检查.
