| 摘 要： | 旅游管理专业可以说是职业性本科院校的代表专业,用人单位对旅游专业毕业生的需求是态度好,踏实肯干,专业动手能力强,具有较高的外语和计算机应用能力,且具有较高综合素质的复合型人才,而目前大多本科院校旅游专业的人才培养方案与这一要求是相背离的,因此针对市场需求进行人才培养方案的优化势在必行.
