| 摘 要： | 随着我国各项信贷业务的迅速发展,房地产信贷业务也逐渐开展起来.房地产业不但是资金密集型行业还存在着很高的风险性,这些都决定了房地产信贷风险的必然存在.本文分析了我国房地产信贷风险形成的原因并提出防范的措施,以期通过本文的阐述有利于推动我国房地产信贷业务的健康发展.
