关于广西农村金融体系建设的思考

本文在对广西农村金融体系的框架、存在问题及其改革的思路等问题进行研究的基础上,认为:农村金融问题归根结底是资金短缺的问题,解决这一问题的关键是将农民组织起来,建立团结互助的农村合作金融体系。同时,深化农村信用社改革,开放农村金融市场。

Thinking Guangxi countryside financial system construction

This article examines the framework of Guangxi's rural financial system, the existing problems and the reform ideas and so on. On the basis of that, I think that the rural financial problem is ultimately the shortage of funds, the key to resolving it is organizing farmers to establish the system of rural cooperative finance, in order to help one another. Meanwhile, we want to deepen the reform of rural credit unions and open rural financial markets.
