| 摘 要： | 金融创新是金融结构提升的主要方式和金融发展的重要推动力量，其主要体现为金融工具创新、金融机构创新和金融制度创新。在银行体系、证券市场、外汇市场和金融衍生品市场等金融领域，相关金融主体的组织模式和功能价值发生改变，金融创新活动以不同路径、不同方式对货币政策产生了一定影响。这既导致货币运行所依赖的经济金融环境更趋多元化、复杂化，又致使货币政策的有效性面临挑战。为更积极地发挥金融创新对货币政策的正面作用，应理性发展金融创新，加快中央银行货币政策调控体系改革，积极推行其他宏观经济配套政策。
