| 摘 要： | 以宣武、崇文、丰台、石景山、大兴、门头沟和房山等7个行政区为地域范围的北京南城和西南部区域,在北京总体经济社会发展中是相对滞后的地区。加快该地区的发展,与提升北京整体经济社会发展水准呈正相关关系。本文在明确加快该区域发展思路的基础上,重点探讨了加快其发展的二级开发模式及相应对策。

| Abstract: | The South and Southwest Beijing are administrated geographically by seven districts of Xuanwu,Chongwen, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Daxing, Fangshan, Mentougou is relatively backward areas in Beijing overall economic and social development. It shows positive correlation to speed up development in this region and to enhance Beijing＇s overall economic and social development level. This paper focused on speeding up the two-level development model and corresponding countermeasure based on fully understanding of accelerating development of this region. |
