基于BSC方法的专利运营绩效评价研究

专利运营作为企业知识产权运营的重要组成部分，倍受企业的重视。而在实务中，又因对企业专利运营缺乏有效的绩效评价体系，影响了企业专利战略目标的有效实现。通过基于平衡记分卡（Balanced Score card）构建了企业专利运营绩效指标体系，旨在消除现行评价方法中存在的不足，并运用灰色关联度模型对指标体系进行测度。
