| 摘 要： | 海洋资源不仅是海洋经济发展的物质基础,也是整个国民经济健康稳定发展的保障。根据海洋资源的特点,将其分为空间资源、矿物资源、生物多样性资源和生态资源,分析了其经济特征,剖析了我国海洋资源开发中存在的问题,展望了国际趋势。

| Abstract: | Ocean resources are not only the material base of ocean economy,but also the security of healthy and steady development of the national economy.According to the characteristics of ocean resources,they were classified into: space resources,mineral resources,biodiversity resources and ecological resources. The economic features of ocean resources were studied,the problems in the exploitation of China's ocean resources were analyzed and the trends in the exploitation of ocean resources in the world were prospected. |
