江西省水环境的非点源污染及其控制对策

江西省的水环境的非点源污染问题日益严重；水环境非点源污染类型主要是暴雨、化肥农药施用、采矿、生活污水及生活垃圾污染等；水环境非点源污染降低水体的功能、引起水体的富营养化、污染饮用水源、造成建筑物和财产的直接损失等方面；提出了控制非点源污染的对策。

In Jiangxi Province, the non-point source pollution in the water environment is a serious problem. The main pollution sources bring about the soil and water loss, chemical fertilizer and insecticides, mine developed, liquid waste and rubbish etc. The harm of the non-point source pollution has many aspects. It can pile up the lake and river and let down the affect of the water, bring about the water quality deterioration, destroy the living environment of the life in water; pollution the water of drink and effect people health, bring on the loss of the building and asset etc. Last, the paper put forward some controlled countermeasure for decreasing pollution.
