| 摘 要： | 政府采购作为一种重要的贸易方式，被纳入多边和双边贸易谈判中，成为一项越来越重要的议题。2007年12月28日，中国正式启动加入世界贸易组织《政府采购协议》谈判。本文深刻分析了中国加入GPA面临的机遇和挑战，对完善中国的政府采购制度，促进中国政府采购制度在国际贸易中的有效运行具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | As an important mode of international trade,government procurement is brought into the bilateral and multilateral negotiation,and becoming a very important topic for discussion.On December 28,2007,China launched negotiation of joining WTO's GPA formally.The paper analyzes chances and challenges China poses,and it is of great significance to perfect China's government procurement system and promote it to operate effectively in the international trade. |
