“内向型”开放式创新对高技术产业创新效率影响研究

摘    要:“内向型”开放式创新作为开放式创新方式的一种,是推动高技术产业跨越式发展的前提和保证,通过运用DEA-Malmquist模型测度了我国东部14个省市的高技术产业创新效率;基于Eviews 9.0回归分析,发现“内向型”开放式创新对创新效率的提升具有积极推动作用,其中外商投资和跨国公司在华研发机构的正向影响最大,海归研发人员的影响较弱;最后从引进外资和优化产业结构等方面提出了对策建议。

Study on the Influence of Inbound Open Innovation on the Efficiency of High-tech Industry Innovation
Abstract:As a kind of open innovation mode, inbound open innovation is the premise and guarantee to promote the leapfrog development of the high-tech industry. By using the DEA-Malmquist model, the high tech industry innovation efficiency of 14 provinces in eastern China was measured. Based on the regression analysis of Eviews 9, we also found that the inbound open innovation has a positive role in enhancing the efficiency of innovation. Among them, the positive impact of foreign investment and TNCs'' R & D institutions in China is the biggest, and the returnees'' influence is relatively weak. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of attracting foreign investment and optimizing industrial structure.
