| 摘 要： | 标准化是社会和经济发展的技术规范,是科技进步基础上维护市场秩序的重要手段,是现代化、规范化和专业化的基石。随着我国市场自由化的发展,其消极影响集中表现为落后的标准化制度对市场竞争的限制性作用和不规范的标准化对市场秩序的破坏性影响。正确地进行标准化改革和规制相关的竞争行为,充分发挥标准化的积极作用来保障市场秩序和促进经济发展是一个值得探讨的问题。
