| 摘 要： | 应用哈丁公共地悲剧模型和古诺寡头竞争模型,构建了城市土地供需博弈模型。分析指出城市土地供需经常处于失衡状态,然后给出了调节城市土地市场供需平衡的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The Harding's common field tragedy model and Cournot oligopoly model is applied in this paper to structure the supply and demand of city land game model.The model analysis point out that the city land supply and demand often is in unbalance state.Then some policy suggestion has been put forward to adjust the supply and demand of city land market. |
