| Abstract: | High-tech small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in national economy,but they have difficulties in financing. Firstly, This paper reviews financing theories, and introduces financing modes in developed countries. Secondly,it studies financing factors of high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises.Then,it analyzes innovation of financing tools in our country.At last,it puts forward some policy advices. |
